Nestle engaged Codegent to develop to UK Jenny Craig site to coincide with a concerted push of the brand within the UK. The project was a design and build job but more interestingly we have been heavily involved with the digital strategy for the brand, driving the scope of the work being delivered. The main aims of the website were to get users to understand the benefits of Jenny Craig, credentialise the brand through success stories and get them to pick up the phone to speak to the UK sales team. Results: Website leads have increased by 15%, average time spent on the site increased by 30% and user engagement is up exponentially. Average project budgets on the account are at under 90% over a 12 month period and the agency – client relationship is superb.
